How to Make a Carrot & Avocado Facial Mask (dry/normal skin)

Avocado is a rich moisturizer that contains A, B and C vitamins, as well as essential amino-acids. In addition, being rich in anti-oxide ingredients avocado has anti-aging properties.

Carrot contains vitamins A, E, as well as beta-carotene. Carrot clears away old surface cells and controls pore congestion.

Olive oil has antioxidant and conditioning properties. It softens the skin and prevents moisture loss.

How to make a carrot & avocado mask


  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Peel avocado and carrot. Cook carrot for 15 minutes. Puree all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Clean your face and neck. Apply the facial mask all over skin using a sweeping motion of fingertips. Avoid eye and mouth area.

Leave the mask on for a maximum of 30 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.

This carrot & avocado facial mask leaves a glowing face for dry-skinned people.

If you have normal skin, leave the mask on for 15 minutes or so.
