High Blood Pressure – manage it with Carrots and Bell Peppers Raw Juice Cocktail!

Ingredients:

2 carrots,
1 bell peppers (capsicum),
¼ lemon,
3 cloves of garlic,
parsley.

Parsley is rich in potassium, that helps maintain the blood vessels, particularly, the capillaries.

Add a quarter lemon for better taste.
