    Carrot juice is rich in calcium and is highly beneficial for carrying mothers and their infants. Calcium present in carrots is 100 percent absorbable when compared to milk calcium which is only 20 percent absorbable.

    I confirm what you are saying. My uncle was a testiment to carrot juice’s value. He lived to be 92 and drank half a glass or more each day. He had seven major problems that put him in the hospital and became a human guinea pig as to why he was surviving. He swore it was the juice helping him when he lost a kidney, had third degree burns, etc. in separate incidences. Despite all this, he walked around and could take care of himself until his passing.

    i live in peru, south america and teach health classes to the poorer Indian children here. i am always looking for inexpensive easy ways to teach the value of fruits and vegetables. will teach them to make raw carrot juice in our next class. thank you for the great idea!
