Eye Bags & Dark Cirkles: Causes, Prevention and Natural Cure
Actually, a variety of factors may causes of puffiness, dark circles and under- eye bags.
These include:
- Aging process;

Tea-bags
Used tea bags is the best treatment to baggy eyes. Keep two used tea bags in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Lay down and put the tea bags over the puffy eyes. Leave as long as possible, or at least for 20 minutes.
Potatoes
Potato juice is a great skin lightener. Peel and grate raw potato, squeeze out excess juice, and wrap in a piece of thin cotton cloth.
Apply to the area right under your eyes (with it closed). Leave the compress on for 10-20 minutes. Wash your eyes with cold water.
Cucumber
Dip some cotton in a raw cucumber juice and leave it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Place over closed eyes and leave on for 30 minutes.
To prevent puffiness, dark circles and under- eye bags, it is important to:
- take food rich in calcium, iron, minerals;
- have plenty of good sleep;
- take 1 tbsp. of raw lemon juice diluted in a glass of warm water everyday in the morning;
- avoid fast food and processed foods;
Removal of chronic eye bag is also done with a plastic surgery, called blepharoplasty.
