Cool as a Cucumber: Health Benefits of Raw Cucumber Juice

Cucumbers were thought to originate over 3000 years ago in southern Asia, where they have been juiced for drinking on hot days to cool the body.

    I drink lots of freshly pressed juice and it really makes a difference to your health and vitality. Carot and apple in the morning really gives you a kick start to the day. I juice dark berries and have them in a shot glass for all the antioxidents. its great!
