Soy Sauce Marinade Recipe for Salmon

Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Mix oil, soy sauce, garlic and lemon juice and let stand 30 minutes. Pour marinade over salmon and let stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator, turning once.

Soy Sauce Marinade for Grilled Pork

Ingredients:
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp brown sugar
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. ginger
Put all ingredients in zip-lock bag and mix well. Add 4-6 pork chops. Refrigerate overnight.  Grill chops about 10-15 minutes on each side.
